• Certified Thai Massage Therapist (TTMS Society- Phuket, Thailand)
• 2nd Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do
• Black Belt Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
• 3rd Dan (Sandan)Japanese JuJitsu
• Assistant Coach Muay Thai Kickboxing, (Thailand)

Mrs. Ballard, with 20+ years of training, began her martial arts journey in 2004. She currently holds the rank of; 3rd Dan (Sandan) in Japanese JuJitsu, Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (under Prof. Michael DesRosiers), 2nd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo. She is an Assistant Coach for Muay Thai that has trained in both in the U.S. & in Thailand. Mrs. Ballard is a Certified Thai Massage Therapist (TTMS Society – Phuket, Thailand). She functions as UFAI’s Owner & General Manager, along with being a multi-class instructor. She is the Co-Creator of the “Women’s Empowerment/Empowerment Through Self-Defense” Community Outreach Seminars, (Est. 2016) and our Kid’s program director.
